Replaced the deprecated scipy.misc.imresize function with numpy.array(Image.fromarray(arr).resize()), according to scipy's documentation at https://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy-1.2.1/reference/generated/scipy.misc.imresize.html
Now you can use newer versions of scipy
